Crossfit Kids

TRAIN MANCHESTER offers two CrossFit Kids classes on a Sunday morning.
Ages 3- 5years 8.30am – 9am & Ages 6-12 years at 9am- 9.45am.
Classes are free to members and we welcome drop in’s to non-members which is £7.50 per class. Classes offer a range of activities that combine exercise with fun, helping children develop a love for fitness. Our programme includes age-appropriate workouts focused on building strength, coordination, and teamwork. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, kids will enjoy a structured environment that encourages healthy habits and physical activity.
