Our Schedule
TRAIN MANCHESTER offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. CrossFit
A CrossFit Class is a group workout for an hour where up to 20 people complete the same set of movements and workouts together. Every day the mix of movements and workouts are different and we encourage everyone to record their progress so over time they can see the vast improvements in their fitness, strength and conditioning.

Big Wod Wednesday
This is a fun CrossFit class for ALL abilities, including complete newbies. There are usually 3 or 4 short WODs which you do in a team of 2/ 3/ 4. So it’s a great way to meet new people (and you get a bit of a rest mid-wod too – important selling point!). All the movements and weights are scaled to your ability.

HYROX Conditioning
Welcome to Hyrox Conditioning. Two classes a week focusing on improving your fitness and VO2 max. Sunday’s will also look at developing skills for Hyrox, technique and strength.

Hyrox Engine
A 60 minute class focused on the technical elements of HYROX, pacing and race strategy.

HYROX Race Simulation
A 60 minute Race Simulation class designed to replicate a real life race day. We will guide you through every step, from registration, warm up and race strategy and then coach you through a Hyrox stimulus race, which can be scaled for all levels of athlete – Open, Pro or Elite.

Super Saturday
Super Saturday is 90 mins of pure CrossFit fun. Everyone is welcome. All levels of athlete can get involved in this mega start to the weekend. Get up, Get in and Get your weekend started with a bang!
