What Is CrossFit?

Here’s the technical info…CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. The constant variation provides a different stimulus for the body each session, which results in a constant increase in fitness levels.

In other words, it’s a super fun way to get fit, fast and strong!

Everyone at TRAIN is super supportive. We like to push each other, have a bit of a competitive spirit and encourage our friends who might be having a tough day.

Yes, a workout may be challenging — but you are not alone. We have coaches supporting you and other members around you spurring you on. 

Our members are from all walks of life – shapes, sizes, ages, abilities. Whatever your background, we all get stuck into a WOD together. 

INTRO MONTH

This is a discounted month’s membership so you can try out the variety of CrossFit and speciality classes we have to offer. After the month concludes, this membership will automatically move to the TRAIN 12 month membership, which is £95 per month.

Included in the Intro Month membership is:

  • 90 minute Assessment Session.
  • Goal setting session with coach.
  • 1 month of CrossFit classes, Speciality Classes & Open gym sessions.
  • Review with coach at 3 weeks
